By downloading, installing, or using ClueWing ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use ClueWing. Simple.

ClueWing is a local AI-powered meeting assistant for macOS that:

• Processes audio from your meetings in real-time
• Provides AI-generated insights and suggestions
• Stores meeting data locally on your device
• Operates 100% offline after initial download

Important: ClueWing is a productivity tool. It's not a replacement for professional judgment, legal advice, or human intelligence. Use it to augment your abilities, not replace them.

When you purchase ClueWing, you get:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClueWing
• The right to install it on Macs you personally use
• Access to updates during your license period

You cannot:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Share your license with others
• Use it for illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute the App

When using ClueWing, you agree to:

• Respect Privacy: Only record meetings where you have consent
• Follow Laws: Comply with recording laws in your jurisdiction
• Be Ethical: Use ClueWing to improve meetings, not deceive
• Stay Secure: Protect your device and ClueWing data

Note: Recording laws vary by location. Some require all-party consent. Know your local laws.

• We never see, store, or transmit your meeting content

No Warranty

ClueWing is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We strive for excellence but can't guarantee:

• Perfect transcription accuracy
• AI suggestions will always be correct
• The app will be bug-free
• Compatibility with all Mac configurations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invisible Hours UG shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Meeting outcomes (good or bad)
• AI hallucinations or errors

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ClueWing.

ClueWing's IP: The App, its design, and AI models are our intellectual property.

Your Content: You own all content from your meetings. We have zero rights to it because we never see it.

We may update:

• The App: Bug fixes, features, and improvements
• These Terms: We'll notify you of significant changes
• Pricing: Future purchases only, not existing licenses

You can stop using ClueWing anytime. Just delete the app.

We may terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use ClueWing for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the App

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
